If you do not agree to these Terms, please immediately stop using the Service. The terms 'you' and 'your' refer to the user of the Service.
As a user of the Service, you are responsible for all activities associated with your use of the Service, including any information you submit to the Service. Please note that while Mixero is committed to providing reliable and efficient services. Mixero is responsible for delivering the promised result of the Service, but we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to any third-party claims arising from your use of the Service. As a user of the Service, you are required to submit your guarantee letter within 24 hours of your payment. Please note that failure to do so will render the letter obsolete and unusable in accordance with our Confidentiality of Data.
Service fees are applied to each transaction made through the Service, in addition to miner fees. The service fees range from 0.7% to 4.7% depending on the user's choice. These fees are automatically charged for each transaction. Mixero reserves the right to modify these fees at any time without notice.
Dbmixer is committed to respecting user privacy and the privacy of cryptocurrency transactions. Once a transaction is successfully completed, Mixero does not retain any data related to the transaction. However, to ensure the effectiveness of our service, it is important to note that any information regarding a transaction will be deleted after 24 hours in accordance with the duration of user session. Therefore, in the event of any issues or disputes, it is crucial to submit the guarantee letter within this timeframe, as any delay may render it invalid. For more detailed information on data retention and privacy, please refer to Mixero's privacy policy available on the Service's website.
Dbmixer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. If the changes are substantial, we will notify you of these changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the publication of these modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms for updates.
Dbmixer is the exclusive property of its owners. You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, in the Service and its contents are owned by Mixero or its licensors. You do not have the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without the express permission of Dbmixer.
